The Chiefs DST was once again a juggernaut in 2015 when they finished third in Fantasy points in a standard league. Kansas City had 47 sacks, 22 interceptions, seven fumble recoveries, six DST touchdowns and held opponents to just 287 points. The sack total was the fourth best in the NFL, and the points allowed were third. But the Chiefs will likely be without standout pass rusher Justin Houston (knee) for most of all of the season, and they took a hit in the secondary with cornerback Sean Smith (Raiders) leaving. Kansas City did a good job to keep Eric Berry and Tamba Hali, and the Chiefs DST should still be considered an elite unit, especially since they have been a Top 10 DST in each of the past three seasons. We recommend drafting the Chiefs DST in all leagues with a late-round pick.
