Allen (personal/Achilles) won't play in Friday's game against the Lakers, Mark Medina of NBA.com reports.
Allen was initially labeled probable due to right Achilles soreness, but a personal matter will sideline him Friday. It's unclear if he'll be available for the closing half of Phoenix's back-to-back set Saturday against Dallas. Ryan Dunn and Monte Morris should see more action while Allen is out.
