Wieskamp will join the Austin Spurs for training camp, Michael C. Wright of ESPN.com reports.
Wieskamp didn't appear in any of the first four games of the NBA season with San Antonio, but he should have more playing time in the G League. He'll be an option to return to the parent club as one of the team's two-way players.
