Nuggets' Vlatko Cancar: Remains out Friday

Cancar (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against Detroit, Vinny Benedetto of The Denver Gazette reports.

Cancar continues to work his way back from arthroscopic surgery that he underwent on his left knee in early December. His next chance to suit up will come Sunday against Boston.
