Anthony (toe) did not participate in Wednesday's morning shootaround, Mason Williams of SI.com reports.

Anthony wasn't able to practice Tuesday and has missed two of Orlando's past three games. He's still listed as questionable, but he's trending in the wrong direction. If Anthony can't go, guys like Anthony Black and Cory Joseph could see an uptick in minutes.
