Garrett and the Hornets agreed to an Exhibit 10 contract Wednesday, Roderick Boone of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Garrett will join the Hornets for training camp and is likely going to end up playing for the G League's Greensboro Swarm. Since graduating from Kansas in 2021, Garrett has spent most of his time in the G League, but he did make 12 NBA appearances for the Heat on a two-way contract as a rookie.
