Cavaliers' Sam Merrill: Will rest Friday

Merrill (rest) will not play Friday against the Knicks.

Merrill will receive a maintenance day for the second leg of this back-to-back set. The Cavaliers could turn to Isaac Okoro to soak up some minutes on the wings in Merrill's absence.
