Lowry (hip) is available for Tuesday's game against the Hornets.
Lowry hasn't played since Nov. 18 due to a right hip strain, but he'll suit up for this contest and will presumably deliver minutes off the bench. However, he'll have a limited role and isn't expected to see a lot of action.
