Santana is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, LaVelle E. Neal III of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.
Santana started the previous six games and will receive a day off after going 1-for-19 with a double and a 4:6 BB:K during that stretch. Jose Miranda will take over at first base and bat second in the series finale versus Toronto.
