Greene went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Sunday against the Red Sox.
Greene's 20th blast of the season came with one on in the sixth inning and extended the Tigers' lead to three. Greene has struggled to the tune of a .208 batting average with a 37.8 percent strikeout rate over 48 at-bats in 12 games since returning from a stint on the IL due to a hamstring injury, though he now has three homers, seven RBI and 11 runs scored during that stretch.
