Reds' Spencer Steer: Heading to bench Wednesday

Steer is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Marlins.

Steer has went without a hit in his last three games and has gone 1-for-22 over his last six contests, so he'll be given Wednesday off to clear his head. He had been in the lineup for every game dating back to May 22 but will see a streak of 64 consecutive starts come to an end. Santiago Espinal will take his spot in left field.
