The Red Sox recalled Booser from Triple-A Worcester on Friday, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.
Booser was added to the taxi squad Thursday but was eligible to be recalled Friday due to Chris Martin (elbow) hitting the injured list. Booser owns a 3.21 ERA across 28.0 innings with Boston this season.
