The Rays optioned Misner to Triple-A Durham on Friday, Ryan Bass of Bally Sports Sun reports.
Misner was just 1-for-15 with 10 strikeouts during his first stint in the big leagues and made only four starts during a four-week span. Jonathan Aranda has taken Misner's spot on the roster.
