Lowe is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Astros, Steve Carney of StPeteNine.com reports.

The Rays will go with a lineup consisting of all right-handed or switch-hitting batters while Lowe and fellow left-handed hitters Ben Rortvedt and Brandon Lowe retreat to the bench. Jonny DeLuca will occupy Josh Lowe's usual spot in right field.
