Mujica underwent Tommy John surgery Tuesday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
It's been a rough year for elbows in the Rays organization, as Brent Honeywell, Jose De Leon and Anthony Banda all required the same surgery. The timing of Mujica's procedure means that he's expected to miss the entirety of the 2019 season.
