Pirates' Bryan Reynolds: Tough-luck stretch continues

Reynolds went 0-for-3 with a pair of walks in Tuesday's 6-2 win over the Reds.

He's now batting .295, a three-month low, with a September slash line (.262/.397/.492) that includes a .271 BABIP -- he held a .342 BABIP through August. Reynolds has also been pitched around more frequently, as evidenced by a 14:12 BB:K in September. He's made 11 outs with exit velocities better than 90-mph in his last 10 starts, so it's possible some of those outs will start dropping in again.
