Marlins' Kent Emanuel: Back in majors

The Marlins selected Emanuel's contract from Triple-A Jacksonville on Friday.

Emanuel has been moved off and on Miami's 26-man and 40-man rosters multiple times this season and he's now back in the big leagues again. The left-hander has permitted seven earned runs over 9.1 innings with the Marlins in 2024 and is likely to be deployed in long relief.
