Mariners' Eduardo Salazar: DFA'd by Mariners

Seattle designated Salazar for assignment Sunday.

Salazar's stay in the Mariners organization lasted two and a half weeks, as he had been claimed off waivers from the Dodgers on May 23. He didn't see any action at the big-league level with Seattle and appeared in four games with Triple-A Tacoma, allowing three runs (two earned) on three hits and three walks while striking out one over 3.1 frames.
