Rosario will sit Thursday against the Royals.
Rosario could be slipping into a platoon role, as he's now been on the bench against the last two lefties Cleveland has faced, including Thursday's starter Danny Duffy. Rosario's .240/.286/.385 line hardly suggests he deserves everyday at-bats, though he does have five hits and five RBI over his last three games. Jordan Luplow starts in left field in his absence.
