Giants' Jerar Encarnacion: Homer, three RBI in second straight

Encarnacion went 2-for-5 with a home run and three RBI in Wednesday's win over Milwaukee.

Encarnacion topped off a four-run inning for San Francisco to open the game with a two-run shot off Colin Rea and later added an RBI single in the blowout win. It marked the outfielder's sixth-straight game with at least one hit and his fourth straight with at least one RBI. Over that brief stretch, he's batting .363 (8-for-22) with eight RBI and four runs scored. Encarnacion has also homered in back-to-back games and is now up to four long balls on the campaign.
