The Giants and Warren avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year contract Friday, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Warren had qualified for arbitration for the first time as a Super 2 player. The right-handed reliever made six appearances for the Giants this season, allowing two runs with a 7:5 K:BB over 10.2 innings of work.
