The 2011 first-round pick started in 85 of his 92 total games last season, and is expected to anchor the outfield this year. After he played 140 games in 2018, he took a step back on offense the following season, but appeared to start getting things back on track over the last two years. Nimmo has hit just eight home runs in each of the last three seasons, but finished 2021 with impressive batting splits of .292/.401/.437.
