Duncan Robinson: Retires from baseball

Robinson announced his retirement from baseball on his personal Twitter page Friday.

The 27-year-old joined the Cubs' 60-man player pool last season but failed to make his big-league debut. He'll leave organized baseball having produced a 2.93 ERA in 310.2 innings in the minors and will re-enroll in law school.
