Phillips (1-0) won Thursday's 4-1 victory over the Mets, allowing one run on three hits with one strikeout in 2.1 innings.
Following opener Corey Knebel, Phillips got through two clean innings but permitted a run with one out in fourth before being removed with 2-1 lead. Los Angeles maintained that lead for the rest of the game, giving the 26-year-old his second career victory in 40 games across four seasons. He remains a non-factor unless he's able to take on a larger role.
