Yardley was outrighted to Triple-A Nashville on Friday, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.
Yardley was a key bullpen piece for Milwaukee in 2020 with a 1.54 ERA in 24 appearances, but he struggled this season with a 6.75 ERA. The 31-year-old spent most of 2021 at Triple-A and won't be on the Brewers' 40-man roster during the offseason.
