Harris (hand) struck out in his lone at-bat during Monday's game against the Twins.

Harris entered the game as a defensive replacement to begin the bottom half of the sixth inning, and he ended up seeing one at-bat in the top of the eighth, striking out on three pitches. Manager Brian Snitker reported before Monday's game that he'd feel comfortable inserting Harris back into the lineup once the center fielder feels healthy enough to swing a bat, per Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, so this is likely a sign that Harris is nearing a return to health after being struck by a pitch on the hand Sunday against Washington. Even so, the 23-year-old's status will be worth keeping a close eye on over the next few days until he's given the green light to return to the starting lineup.
