Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Sitting out season finale
Wilson (hamstring) is listed as inactive Sunday versus the 49ers, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Wilson was a late-week addition to the Cardinals' practice report Friday as limited due to a hamstring injury. Such a development could have been worrisome for the second-year wide receiver, and indeed he won't be available to the offense Sunday. As a result, more targets have been freed up for the likes of Greg Dortch, Zay Jones, Zach Pascal and Xavier Weaver behind top WR Marvin Harrison.

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Questionable for Sunday
Wilson is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers after being added to the injury report Friday with a hamstring injury, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports.
An end-of-week addition to the report isn't promising, and even more so because he's a wide receiver with a hamstring injury in Week 18 for a non-playoff team. It's possible the injury is minor enough that Wilson will play anyway, but the Cardinals may want to hold him back if it's a close call ahead of the 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. A Week 18 absence for Wilson would leave more perimeter WR reps for Zay Jones, Zach Pascal and/or Xavier Weaver.

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Four-catch effort in loss
Wilson brought in four of six targets for 22 yards in the Cardinals' 13-9 loss to the Rams on Saturday night.
Wilson finished third in receptions and targets on the night behind Trey McBride and Marvin Harrison, but he was way behind his teammates' respective 123- and 96-yard tallies. It was another lackluster showing for Wilson, who hasn't eclipsed 57 receiving yards since Week 5 and has four or fewer receptions in seven of the last eight games. The second-year wideout will close out the season at home against the 49ers in Week 18.

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Gains 44 yards Sunday
Wilson had two receptions on five targets for 44 yards in Sunday's 36-30 overtime loss to Carolina.
Wilson finished second in receiving yards despite catching just two passes for the Cardinals in a game during which no receiver went over 50 yards. The sophomore out of Stanford bounced back from last week's dud in which he registered just nine yards on the same amount of touches he saw Sunday. Wilson remains limited to deep-league value heading into Saturday's contest against the Rams.

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Little output on two catches
Wilson caught both of his targets for nine yards during Sunday's 30-17 win against the Patriots.
Wilson's 74 percent snap share Sunday was in the range of his norm this season, but TE Trey McBride (10 targets), WR Marvin Harrison (six) and RB James Conner (five) continue to dominate the attention of QB Kyler Murray. Wilson has recorded multiple receptions in five consecutive contests, a span in which he's accrued a 14-199-1 line on 20 targets. He'll continue on in his modest role in the Cardinals' offense this coming Sunday at Carolina.

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Quiet after early 41-yard TD
Wilson caught two of three targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-18 loss to the Seahawks.
Wilson capped Arizona's opening drive with a 41-yard touchdown catch but added only one reception the rest of the way. He has been a touchdown-dependent fantasy option all season, having reached 60 receiving yards only twice. Wilson has consistently flirted with that threshold in recent weeks, as he has at least 54 receiving yards in three consecutive games heading into a Week 15 home matchup versus the Patriots.

Cardinals' Michael Wilson: Five grabs in Sunday's loss
Wilson caught five of seven targets for 55 yards in Sunday's 23-22 loss to the Vikings.
The five grabs were the most for Wilson since Week 8, but the second-year wideout once again took a back seat to Trey McBride and Marvin Harrison in the Cardinals' passing attack. Wilson has seen at least four targets in three straight games, his longest such streak of the season, and his role could continue to grow in Week 14 against the Seahawks.
