Titans' L'Jarius Sneed: Remains sidelined this week
Head coach Brian Callahan stated Wednesday that Sneed (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Sneed was considered unlikely to play and was unable to practice Wednesday, so this news isn't necessarily surprising. Darrell Baker should draw another start for the Titans in Sunday's game in Houston.

Sneed (quadriceps) was not spotted during practice Wednesday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Sneed's absence isn't shocking since it was reported Monday that he was unlikely to play Sunday against Houston. He'll likely need to get on the field in some capacity Thursday or Friday to change that outlook and give himself a better chance of suiting up Week 12.

Titans' L'Jarius Sneed: Likely out at Houston
Coach Brian Callahan said Monday that Sneed (quadriceps) is unlikely to play in Week 12 at Houston, John Glennon of NashvillePost.com reports.
Callahan's tone Monday was not entirely pessimistic, as he also said Sneed was getting closer to returning to action from the quad issue he picked up in Week 6 versus the Colts. If he does end up sitting out his sixth consecutive game in Week 12, Sneed's next chance to suit up would come in Week 13 on Sunday, Dec. 1 at Washington.

Titans' L'Jarius Sneed: Missing another game
Sneed (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Sneed will miss his fifth consecutive game and doesn't have a return in clear sight, as he's continued to miss practice this week. His next chance to play will be next Sunday versus Houston. Darrell Baker will continue to start opposite rookie Jarvis Brownlee at cornerback for Tennessee.

Sneed has missed the Titans' last four games due to a quadriceps injury, and his DNP to open the week puts him in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game against the Vikings. Darrell Baker has served as the Titans' second starter at corner opposite fifth-round rookie Jarvis Brownlee in Sneed's absence.

Sneed (quadricep) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Patriots, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Sneed didn't practice all week and is now in line to miss his third consecutive game due to a quadriceps injury sustained in the Titans' Week 6 loss to the Chiefs. Expect Darrell Baker and Tre Avery (hamstring) to continue seeing increased work with Tennessee's first-team defense until Sneed can return.
