Harbison (concussion) was cut by the Browns on Friday with a failure to disclose physical condition, non-football injury designation, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.comreports.
Harbison missed all of last season after the Browns placed him on IR in training camp after suffering a concussion. Signed as an undrafted free agent last May, it's unclear whether this condition will stop Harbison from earning a shot elsewhere.
