WATCH: Shawn Oakman does 40-inch box jump holding 70-lb dumbbells

Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman became a walking meme in January when the broader Internet noticed what college football fans had known for a while: Shawn Oakman is one seriously intimidating-looking dude.

But thankfully for the Bears, Oakman's freakish attributes go beyond his 6-foot-8, 280-pound frame. For further proof, check out the following video from Bleacher Report, in which Oakman performs a 40-inch box jump while holding 70-pound dumbbells.

Feats like that are why it remains something of a surprise that Oakman is still at Baylor ... and why it won't be a surprise if 2015 is the season he fulfills his all-American potential.
