When you look at Thaddeus Moss, the son of future NFL Hall of Fame wide receiver Randy Moss, you can certainly see the family resemblance. Thaddeus looks a lot like his father, and he's nearly as tall as his dad at 6-foot-3 (Randy was listed at 6-foot-4). There are some differences, too. Thaddeus is bigger than his dad was by about 25 pounds already, which is why he plays tight end rather than wide receiver.
He'll also be going to a different school than his father, as Thaddeus announced over the weekend week that he's committed to NC State.
I'm beyond blessed to announce that I will be shutting down my recruitment and committing to Nc State #Pack16 pic.twitter.com/rKPgAd8z6o

"It was an all-around good fit for me and my family," Moss told 247Sports. "It's close to home, they were my first offer, I believe in Coach (Dave) Doeren and his vision with the program, I'll have early playing time, tight ends are vital in the offense and the coaching staff has kept it real with me since day one."
You have to wonder whether NC State tried to get that father-son package deal, because even if he's 38-years old right now, I have no doubt in my mind that Randy Moss could still dominate kids half his age.
As for Thaddeus, the three-star recruit was also considering USC, UCLA and Texas A&M.
