Alabama landed another blue chip recruit on Tuesday -- I know, shocker -- in four-star offensive lineman Scott Lashley (West Point, Miss.).
Lashley -- rated as the No. 18 OT recruit in the country by 247Sports -- was choosing between the Tide, Mississippi State and LSU. Lashley hung out with Nick Saban recently, including a showdown with the coach on a Pop-A-Shot game.
Alabama landing a big-time offensive line commitment is not a shocker to anyone, but Lashley's commitment moves the Tide to No. 4 ahead of Ole Miss on 247Sports' Composite Rankings.
The best part of Lashley's commitment video -- which featured a press conference that no one attended -- is how he passes up the hats on the table for a visor he had in the chair next to him, as to keep his pristine hair intact.
Lashley's whole ensemble was pretty incredible, from the visor to the glasses to the teal jacket and red bowtie. While his fashion game is on point, he's also a monster on the field at 6-foot-6, 300 pounds and will provide even more size and depth for the Alabama offensive line.
