Who's Playing

Georgia @ Virginia

Current Records: Georgia 2-2; Virginia 2-2

What to Know

The Georgia Bulldogs will square off against the Virginia Cavaliers at 7 p.m. ET Monday at Prudential Center. Virginia will be strutting in after a win while the Bulldogs will be stumbling in from a defeat.

UGA came up short against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets this past Friday, falling 88-78. One thing holding UGA back was the mediocre play of guard Kario Oquendo, who did not have his best game: he finished with only six points on 3-for-10 shooting in his 30 minutes on the court.

Meanwhile, Virginia didn't have too much trouble with the Coppin State Eagles at home this past Friday as they won 68-52. Four players on Virginia scored in the double digits: forward Jayden Gardner (14), guard Kihei Clark (12), guard Igor Milicic Jr. (11), and forward Kadin Shedrick (10). Kadin Shedrick has also now had at least three blocks in his past three games.

The Bulldogs are expected to lose this next one by 7.5. Now might not be the best time to take UGA against the spread since they've let down bettors for the past two consecutive games.

UGA and Virginia now sit at an identical 2-2. Virginia is 0-1 after wins this year, and UGA is 1-0 after losses.
