Oklahoma high school point guard Trae Young faked not only the defender -- but the referee, as well -- by hiding the ball between his legs on a pump fake.
Was this ball fake by @TheTraeYoung legal or not?

Young, a five-star prospect from Norman North High School, grabbed the steal and juked out the defender who went soaring over him. In the process, though, the official whistled him for a traveling violation. As you can see at the end of the video clip, Young's father (shown in the white hoodie) didn't like the call. Young also disagreed and shared his thoughts on it later on Twitter:
That was NOT a travel😤💯 https://t.co/VHeqbMI1UM

Upon further review though ... it looks like the pivot foot did indeed shuffle.

Nevertheless, a crafty move for the uncommitted five-star point guard. Even if it didn't count.
