The Northern Colorado Bears are on the road again Saturday and play against the Colorado State Rams at 2 p.m. ET Nov. 27 at Moby Arena. Colorado State will be strutting in after a victory while the Bears will be stumbling in from a loss.

It looks like Northern Colorado got the smaller half of the wishbone at Thanksgiving dinner. They were just a bucket short of a win on Tuesday and fell 75-74 to the San Jose State Spartans. Northern Colorado's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of forward Kur Jongkuch, who posted a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds, and guard Daylen Kountz, who had 22 points.

As for Colorado State, they have more to be thankful for after their contest against the Northeastern Huskies on Monday. Colorado State took their game against Northeastern 71-61. The Rams' forward David Roddy did his thing and had 27 points in addition to seven boards.

The Bears are the clear underdogs, so they're hoping it's the size of the fight that determines this one. Now might not be the best time to take Northern Colorado against the spread since they've let down bettors for the past two consecutive games.

Northern Colorado is now 3-4 while Colorado State sits at 6-0. So the cards are definitely stacked in Colorado State's favor.
