Virginia Tech heads into this matchup on a high note, winning three straight games, defeating North Carolina in the semifinals. After a disappointing loss to UNC to end the regular season, Duke has won two straight in the ACC Tournament 2022, including a hard-found victory over Miami (Fla.) 80-76 in its last game. Virginia Tech is looking to lock up a NCAA Tournament berth, while Duke is fighting for a No. 1 seed in the Big Dance.

Senior forward Justyn Mutts is another contributor in the frontcourt for the Hokies. Mutts is putting up 10.3 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. The New Jersey native has been a solid presence on the glass. He's grabbed at least 10 boards in nine games, including four double-doubles. In the quarterfinals against Notre Dame, Mutts had 11 points, 10 rebounds, three blocks and three steals.
