Who's Playing

Sacramento State @ Cal Poly

Current Records: Sacramento State 1-1; Cal Poly 1-1

What to Know

The Cal Poly Mustangs have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Sacramento State Hornets at 10 p.m. ET Nov. 15 at Robert A. Mott Gym. If the game is anything like their last meeting in December of 2019, where Sacramento State won 57-56, we could be in for a big score.

The Mustangs were close but no cigar this past Friday as they fell 60-57 to the North Dakota State Bison.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 89-56, which was the final score in Sacramento State's tilt against the Utah Utes this past Saturday. The top scorer for Sacramento State was Bryce Fowler (12 points).

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
