The top-ranked Baylor Bears will look to continue to dominate at home when they face the Oklahoma Sooners in a Big 12 battle on Tuesday night. The Bears (13-0, 1-0), who have won a school-record 21 consecutive home games, are 33-1 at home over the last two-plus seasons. Baylor's 29-4 record in the Big 12 over that same span is the best of any Power-5 team. The Sooners (11-2, 1-0) are off to a fast start under first-year coach Porter Moser. He is just the second coach in school history to achieve an 11-2 or better start at Oklahoma. The other was Kelvin Sampson, who was also 11-2 in 1994.

Tipoff from the Ferrell Center is set for 7 p.m. ET. The Bears are 12-point favorites in the latest Oklahoma vs. Baylor odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the over-under for total points scored is set at 139.5. Why Baylor can cover

The Bears' 41-2 record over the last two seasons is the nation's best, and Baylor's 67-6 record over the last three seasons is second-best nationally, trailing only Gonzaga (73-5). Freshman guard Kendall Brown has reached double-figure scoring in 11 games this season, including a 19-point performance against Central Arkansas on Nov. 17. He also has one double-double, scoring 13 points and dishing out 10 assists against Nicholls on Nov. 15. For the season, Brown averages 12.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.

Fourth-year junior guard Adam Flagler is averaging 10.7 points, 3.9 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. He has scored in double figures in 22 of the 40 games he's played at Baylor, including nine games with 15 or more points. The Bears are 22-0 when Flagler scores in double figures and are 5-0 when he leads the team in scoring.

Why Oklahoma can cover

The Sooners could again be without senior forward Tanner Groves, who averages 14.3 points, six rebounds and two assists per game. He missed the conference opener due to COVID-19 protocols and had not yet been cleared to play as of Monday. With the absence of Groves, senior guard Elijah Harkless stepped up his game, scoring 21 points against Kansas State on New Year's Day. He is averaging 10.5 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.1 steals per game.

Senior guard Umoja Gibson has also been a force, averaging 12.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game. He has reached double-figure scoring in 11 games, including each of the last four. On Saturday against Kansas State, he scored a season-high 19 points, while grabbing three rebounds and dishing out two assists. Oklahoma is second in the Big 12 in 3-pointers made (110) and attempts (304). Gibson is a big reason for that as he is first in the league in 3-point attempts (93) and 3-pointers made (36).
