  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Eliminated from the playoffs

Swayman made 26 saves in a 2-1 loss to the Panthers on Friday.

Swayman stood tall in the crease tonight, but his valiant effort wasn't enough as the Panthers eliminated the Bruins in a heart-wrenching loss. Despite the defeat, the 25-year-old netminder stopped 26 of 28 shots, showcasing his poise under playoff pressure. Over the last six games, Swayman has posted a solid .917 save percentage and a 2.86 GAA, indicating his consistent high-level performance down the stretch. Fantasy managers should note his steady reliability this season as he develops into a top-tier goalie.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Advances Panthers to next round

Bobrovsky made 22 saves in a 2-1 win over the Bruins on Friday in Game 6.

Bobrovsky's exceptional performance was the backbone behind the Panthers' thrilling victory over Boston to clinch the series. He turned aside 22 of 23 shots, making crucial saves in the dying moments to preserve the win. With a 2.03 GAA and a .907 save percentage over the six-game series, Bobrovsky's impressive run is a good sign for the Panthers as they face a confident Rangers team on the road Thursday night.

  • Oilers' Adam Henrique: Unavailable Saturday

Henrique (ankle) will not play Saturday against the Canucks, Jason Gregor of Sports 1440 Edmonton reports.

Henrique has missed all but one game this series but it does sound like he's nearing a return. However, Edmonton is facing elimination in Game 6 on Saturday. Henrique has two points with four shots on goals through six postseason games. Should the Oilers force a Game 7, he'll have until Monday to get healthy enough to play.

  • Avalanche's Alexandar Georgiev: Tending twine Friday

Georgiev will get the starting nod for Game 6 at home against the Stars on Friday.

Georgiev wasn't very sharp in Game 5 but still managed to earn a win despite allowing three goals on 26 shots. He's registered an unsightly .880 save percentage through five games this series. Georgiev owns a 3.09 GAA and an .886 save percentage in 10 postseason appearances.

  • Dylan Garand G | NYR

Rangers' Dylan Garand: Reassigned to minors

Garand was demoted to AHL Hartford on Friday, per CapFriendly.

Garand earned a promotion for Game 6 against Carolina on Thursday but was quickly sent back down. Barring multiple injuries to goaltenders, he shouldn't see any action for the Rangers this postseason.

  • Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Guarding cage Friday

Swayman will get the starting nod for Game 6 at home against the Panthers on Friday, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.

Swayman will make his 11th consecutive start Friday. He's won five of his previous 10 while posting a .929 save percentage over that span. However, he's registered a 3.03 GAA and a .915 save percentage this series against Florida. Swayman helped fend off elimination with a Game 5 win by stopping 28 of 29 shots.

  • Brad Marchand LW | BOS

Bruins' Brad Marchand: Good to go Friday

Marchand (upper body) is warming up and is expected to play Friday in Game 6 against the Panthers, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.

Marchand will get back in the lineup after missing Games 4 and 5 due to an injury he sustained during Game 3. He tallied two assists in the first three games of the series and has 10 this postseason. He'll slide back into his usual top-six role and see time with the No. 1 power-play unit.

  • Stars' Jake Oettinger: Set to start Friday

Oettinger is slated to guard the road goal against Colorado in Game 6 on Friday.

Oettinger will look to rebound after allowing five goals on 27 shots en route to a 5-3 loss to the Avalanche in Game 5 on Wednesday. He's 7-5 with a 2.27 GAA and a .914 save percentage in 12 playoff appearances this year. The Avalanche are fantastic offensively, having ranked first in the regular season with 3.68 goals per contest, so they're likely to test Oettinger frequently in the upcoming clash.

  • Roope Hintz LW | DAL

Stars' Roope Hintz: Still missing Friday

Hintz (upper body) will remain unavailable for Game 6 versus Colorado on Friday, Corey Masisak of The Denver Post reports.

Hintz will be out of action for his second consecutive game due to his upper-body issue. Coach Peter DeBoer told reporters he was hopeful the 27-year-old center would be healthy in time for Game 7, if necessary. While Hintz has scored just one goal in his last seven outings, he has chipped in four helpers, including two with the man advantage. With Hintz out, Matt Duchene figures to continue anchoring the first line alongside Jason Robertson and Joe Pavelski.

  • Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Back on scoresheet in win

Trocheck had a goal and an assist in Thursday's 5-3 win over Carolina in Game 6.

Trocheck was back to his usual form after a brief hiatus from the scoresheet in consecutive contests prior to Game 6. The second-line center deflected a shot from Artemi Panarin past Carolina's Frederik Andersen to give the Rangers life early in the second period after being down two goals. Trocheck would add a secondary assist on Chris Kreider's game-tying power-play marker in the third period. Trocheck also had three shots on net, four hits and a plus-1 rating in 23:14 of ice time. After setting a career high during the regular season with 77 points in 82 games, the 30-year-old center is up to six goals and eight assists in 10 contests this postseason.
