    Hutson is an undersized defenseman that amassed 30 goals and 67 assists over 77 games in two seasons at Boston University. He showed offensive acumen in a two-game stint for Montreal at the end of last season, recording an assist in each game. The 20-year-old, who was selected 62nd overall in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, is set to skate on the second pair and the second power-play unit.
