You can find plenty of reasons to criticize Bills coach Rex Ryan, but the man was onto something when he brought Tyrod Taylor to Buffalo last season. Taylor was solid in Year 1 and he's looking to building on that success in 2016.

In addition to throwing 20 touchdowns and just six interceptions, Taylor was one of the league's best deep passers; in fact, the Bills had 24 touchdowns of more than 20 yards last season, which was an NFL best, ahead of the Seahawks (19 TDs) and the Giants (17 TDs). And he picked up where he left off midway through the first quarter of Saturday's preseason game against the aforementioned Giants.

Here's a nifty spin move from Taylor that set up a 59-yard bomb to tight end Charles Clay:

Clay had 51 receptions last season, which was good for fourth all-time among Bills tight ends.

Of course, two plays later, this happened, negating what should have been an easy Bills touchdown:

So yes, Taylor will probably have to do everything this season.
