If the NFL listens to Michael Irvin, then Patriots coach Bill Belichick might be holding up the Belichick Trophy at the end of the 2016 season.
Right now, you know the Belichick Trophy as the Lombardi Trophy; however, if the Patriots somehow manage to win on Thursday night with their third-string quarterback starting, the Irvin would like to see the name of the Lombardi Trophy changed, and he's going to start the movement by referring to his three trophies as Belichick Trophies.
If @Patriots beat @HoustonTexans on @NFLTNF w the 3rd QB. I will take off Lombardi & call these The Belichick Trophy🏆 pic.twitter.com/JX4mCamY8Q

Taking a picture with your Super Bowl trophies? I'm pretty sure that's the definition of humblebrag.
Anyway, back in 2012, Irvin wanted the trophy renamed the "Lombardi/Belichick Trophy." However, it seems that he's now convinced it should only be Belichick's name on the trophy if the Patriots coach can pull off a win over the Texans with Jacoby Brissett as his starting quarterback.
"I think the world of Belichick," Irvin said in 2012. "I told him this, 'Man, if it was up to me, that (Super Bowl) trophy would be called the Lombardi/Belichick.' I don't care what they think. It would be called the Lombardi/Belichick. That's how good he is to do what he's doing in this day and age, what the league is now."
Of course, if the NFL did rename the trophy, the Packers probably wouldn't be OK with that.
Coincidentally, if the Patriots do win on Thursday night, Belichick will get his name in the record book next to a Packers coach who's not Vince Lombardi. A win over Houston would give Belichick 226 for his career, tying him with Curly Lambeau for fourth all-time.
