UPDATE:

The Warriors continued to score well in the second quarter, putting up 27 points in that frame to finish the first half up 72-48. Per the TNT broadcast, that 72 point-mark by the Warriors was just one point shy of the NBA record for postseason points in a first half.

The Golden State Warriors got Kevin Durant back for Game 4 of their first-round series against the Portland Trail Blazers, and it appears that was a helpful addition to the lineup, as they went absolutely bonkers in the first quarter.

Shooting 15-24 from the field, including 8 of 11 from downtown, the Warriors poured in 45 points in the quarter, setting a postseason franchise record for points in a quarter, and tying an NBA record for the most points in a postseason quarter.

After the first 12 minutes, the Warriors look well on their way to completing the sweep, as they lead, 45-22.

Here are just a few of the numerous highlights, as the Warriors could not be stopped.

Steph Curry lead the way with 12 points, while Klay Thompson followed with 11, Kevin Durant added 7, and seven different Warriors scored in the frame.

It was a brilliant display of basketball ability, and I could go on and on, but I think I'll let Jeremy Lin sum things up.

Let's check in with the Portland social media team:

Yeah, the Warriors are good.
