AJ Cassavell@AJCassavell17H agoJackson Merrill has said he wants to be a Padre for life. At the very least, he'll be a Padre for the rest of his 20s. The 21-year-old center fielder has indeed agreed to a nine-year contract extension. The 6-0 Padres have had quite the opening week.
