Every MLB team is in action on a packed Friday schedule as the season winds to a close, but before you make any MLB picks for Friday, you need to see what Zack Cimini is picking. Cimini is one of the fastest-rising Vegas-based handicappers and has been finding the flaws in MLB odds and exposing them. He's now on a strong 132-100 run, earning nearly $2,900 for $100 bettors who have tailed him during this stretch.

Part of his success: He analyzes matchups from every angle and earned his nickname "Contrarian with Chutzpah" by not always backing what the masses are. Now, Cimini locked in three MLB picks for Friday. He's sharing those best bets only at SportsLine. If you parlay them together, you'd be looking at a payout of almost 5-to-1.

We can tell you he is all over the Yankees (-140) as a sizable road favorite at the Red Sox at 7:10 p.m. ET. He also has a pick on the over-under (9 runs) for the AL East showdown, plus a pick on White Sox-Twins.

Cimini knows the Yankees (98-61) have much more to play for. They hold a two-game lead over the A's (96-63) in the AL wild card standings with three to go. The top team gets to host the game on Oct. 3.

The Red Sox (107-52) have already wrapped up the best record in baseball. Three more victories give them 110, though -- only six teams have won 110 games in MLB history. The Sox have won nine of 16 matchups with their chief rival in 2018, and they'll face the winner of the Yankees-A's wild card game in the divisional series.

Each team has had success when Friday's starter gets the ball. J.A. Happ (16-6, 3.57 ERA) has been a huge boost since being traded to New York from Toronto. In 10 starts with the Yankees, he's 6-0 with a 2.34 ERA and the team is 8-2 in his games. The Sox go with Brian Johnson (4-4 4.11), who hasn't started a game since Sept. 2. But Boston has won nine of his 12 starts this season.

These two pitchers will face two of the top lineups in baseball. The Sox rank No. 1 in batting average and runs scored, the Yankees are second in runs and first in homers.

Cimini has such a beat on what will go down at Fenway on Friday, he's locked in two picks for the game.
