Rams' T.J. McDonald: Returns to full practice

Despite returning to a full practice Friday, McDonald (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

The Rams have a bunch of players listed as questionable that don't actually seem to be in much danger of missing the game. McDonald, who is on pace for 96 tackles, should be available against the flailing San Francisco offense.
