Montgomery (ankle) may be in danger of missing the rest of the season, ESPN.com reports.
Packers head coach Mike McCarthy said that Montgomery, who hasn't played since Oct. 18, still isn't making much progress. McCarthy did suggest that the team will do further testing, but it appears quite possible Montgomery's rookie season will come to an early end. If he does by some chance get healthy, he could challenge a struggling Davante Adams for playing time. Montgomery can all but be ruled out for Thursday's game against the Lions.
