Injuries have been a major issue for the first three weeks of the season. But in Week 4, we're getting some important players back in action, which is fantastic news.

Jordan Love (knee) returns for the Packers, which makes him a borderline starter in all leagues against the Vikings. It also improves the outlook for Green Bay receivers Jayden Reed, Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs. I like Reed as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver, Watson is a low-end starter in three-receiver leagues and Doubs is a flier in deeper formats.

Kenneth Walker III (oblique) is back for the Seahawks, which is bad news for Zach Charbonnet, but Walker should go back into your starting lineup as a No. 2 running back in all leagues. He has a tough matchup at Detroit, but Walker can hopefully find the end zone or make some plays in the passing game. Charbonnet goes back to being a flex.

Deebo Samuel (calf) and George Kittle (hamstring) return for the 49ers against the Patriots, and Brock Purdy benefits the most as a No. 1 Fantasy quarterback in all leagues. Brandon Aiyuk remains a No. 2 Fantasy receiver, and I would start Samuel as a No. 2 receiver as well. And Kittle is easily a No. 1 Fantasy tight end.

Jauan Jennings, who was a monster last week at the Rams with 11 catches for 175 yards and three touchdowns on 12 targets with Samuel and Kittle out, goes back to being a flier in deeper leagues. I wouldn't drop him yet in case Samuel and/or Kittle suffers a setback, but Jennings is a risky start when everyone is healthy.

Keenan Allen (heel) also returns for the Bears after missing the past two games, and he should be considered a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues against the Rams. D.J. Moore should still be considered a starter in all formats, and Rome Odunze is a low-end starter in three-receiver leagues.

Caleb Williams benefits with Allen back, and he's a low-end starter in one-quarterback leagues. And I would still take a chance on Cole Kmet as a starting tight end, even with everyone healthy. Kmet had 10 catches for 97 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets last week at the Colts, and hopefully he remains a factor for Williams in this plus matchup against the Rams.

Now, it's not perfect when it comes to the injuries. Some players like Davante Adams (hamstring), Trey McBride (concussion), DeVonta Smith (concussion), Tank Dell (ribs), Austin Ekeler (concussion) and Jaylen Warren (knee) are missing Week 4, which is their first missed action of the season.

Hopefully, you're prepared with replacement options for anyone who is out. And we'll help you fill those starting spots as always with the suggested players to use here.

Good luck to all of you in Week 4. And we hope the players who are back in action this week deliver in a big way.

The Panthers changed quarterbacks from Bryce Young to Andy Dalton in Week 3, and everything looked better with this Carolina offense at Las Vegas. Hubbard was extremely impressive with 21 carries for 114 yards, and he added five catches for 55 yards and a touchdown on five targets for 27.9 PPR points. He should have the chance for another standout game in Week 4 against the Bengals, who have allowed three running backs to score at least 13.7 PPR points this season. Two running backs have gained at least 100 total yards against Cincinnati, and the Bengals have allowed three running backs to score touchdowns. This could be Hubbard's last game as the starting running back with Jonathon Brooks (knee) eligible to come off the NFI list in Week 5, so hopefully Hubbard goes out with a bang. I like him as a borderline No. 1 running back in all leagues.

Prescott just had his best game of the season in Week 3 against Baltimore with 33.9 Fantasy points, and hopefully that's a sign of things to come. He should stay hot in Week 4 at the Giants, and he has a great history in this NFC East rivalry. In his past five games against the Giants, Prescott is averaging 265.4 passing yards with 11 total touchdowns and four interceptions. He threw for 404 yards, four touchdowns, one interception, and a rushing touchdown, the last time he played the Giants in 2023.

Mayfield suffered his first bad game of the season in Week 3 against Denver when he scored just 10.5 Fantasy points, but he should bounce back in Week 4 against the Eagles. Jordan Love and Kirk Cousins both had at least 241 passing yards and two touchdowns against Philadelphia, and Mayfield destroyed the Eagles in the playoffs last season with 337 passing yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions, along with 16 rushing yards.

Smith has faced the Lions in each of the past two seasons in Detroit, and he's combined for 648 passing yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions, along with 69 rushing yards and a touchdown, in those two outings. I'm expecting another solid performance against the Lions in Week 4, and this should be Smith's best game to date since he's yet to score more than 19.9 Fantasy points. I'm trusting Smith as a low-end starter in all leagues.

Darnold looks awesome right now in Kevin O'Connell's offense, and he's scored at least 23.9 Fantasy points in each of his past two games against the 49ers and Texans, with six passing touchdowns over that span. This week, he's taking on a Packers defense that has more interceptions (seven) than touchdowns allowed (five), but Green Bay is also ninth in passing yards allowed to quarterbacks with 742. I'm buying this hot start by Darnold, and he's worth using as a low-end starter in all leagues.

Purdy looks like he'll get some help this week with Deebo Samuel (calf) and George Kittle (hamstring) back at practice, but Purdy didn't need them in Week 3 at the Rams when he passed for 292 yards and three touchdowns, along with 41 rushing yards. Aaron Rodgers and Geno Smith combined for 608 passing yards and three touchdowns against the Patriots in the past two games, and Purdy should be considered a low-end starter this week. Hopefully, Brandon Aiyuk steps up with his first big game of the season, and we'll see what happens with Jauan Jennings now that everyone is healthy. But I expect Purdy to keep it rolling in this matchup with New England in Week 4.

Fields went over 20 Fantasy points for the first time this season in Week 3 against the Chargers when he scored 20.4 points with 245 passing yards, one touchdown and one interception, along with 6 rushing yards and a touchdown. Hopefully this is the start of him producing at a higher level instead of just being a game manager, and this is a great matchup against the Colts. Caleb Williams just had 363 passing yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions against Indianapolis in Week 3. Malik Willis ran for 41 yards against the Colts in Week 2. And C.J. Stroud had 234 passing yards and two touchdowns against this defense in Week 1. Fields should be considered a low-end starter in all leagues.

Kyler Murray and Brock Purdy have abused the Rams defense in the past two games for a combined 558 yards, six touchdowns and no interceptions, along with 15 carries for 100 yards. Williams just scored 21.3 Fantasy points in Week 3 at the Colts, and he should have the chance for another quality outing against the Rams at home. He's worth using as a low-end starter in all leagues.

Dalton looked amazing in his first start in place of Bryce Young in Week 3 at Las Vegas with 319 passing yards and three touchdowns. He should have a solid encore in Week 4 against the Bengals in a potential shootout with Joe Burrow. The projected score for this game is 48 points since neither defense is very good, and Cincinnati has allowed Patrick Mahomes and Jayden Daniels to each throw two touchdowns in the past two games. Dalton is more of a sleeper than a must-start quarterback, but I like him as a low-end No. 1 option in this matchup at home.

He's now scored 16.7 Fantasy points or less in three games this season, and it's tough to trust him in this matchup with the Bears when he's without Puka Nacua (knee) and Cooper Kupp (ankle). Chicago has yet to allow multiple touchdowns to any quarterback this year, including matchups with C.J. Stroud and Anthony Richardson over the past two games.

But Denver is actually a tough matchup, and the Broncos have yet to allow a quarterback to pass for 175 yards or multiple touchdown passes in a game this season against Geno Smith, Justin Fields and Baker Mayfield. The Saints defense has been tough on opposing quarterbacks so far this season, and in the past two weeks, New Orleans has held Dak Prescott and Jalen Hurts to a combined one touchdown and three interceptions. Now, that duo passed for a combined 604 yards, but neither scored more than 15 Fantasy points. Cousins has topped 15 Fantasy points just once this year, and he's not worth trusting in this matchup in anything more than Superflex and two-quarterback leagues.

Richardson got off to a hot start in Week 1 against Houston with 30.1 Fantasy points, but the past two weeks against Green Bay and Chicago have been tough. He's combined for just 16.9 Fantasy points against the Packers and Bears, and he's struggled to throw the ball in those outings with a combined five interceptions. It won't get easier for him against the Steelers, who have allowed just two touchdowns with four interceptions against Kirk Cousins, Bo Nix and Justin Herbert. Hopefully, this is a game where Richardson gets his production on the ground, but he might not post a big stat line in this matchup. I would lower expectations for Richardson if you start him this week in one-quarterback leagues.

Austin Ekeler (concussion) could be out this week, which should give Robinson the chance for 20-plus touches. He's had two excellent outings so far this season with 17.9 PPR points in Week 1 at Tampa Bay and 14.6 PPR points in Week 2 against the Giants. He scored a touchdown in Week 3 at Cincinnati but only had 16 carries for 33 yards and one catch for 4 yards on one target. The Dolphins are No. 5 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs, but they have been awful the past two weeks against James Cook (28.5 PPR points) and Zach Charbonnet (25.7 PPR points). Let's hope that continues against Pollard, who scored at least 15.2 PPR points in each of his first two games. Harris should be fine for Week 4 after having his right arm in a sling following the Week 3 win against the Chargers. "Naj will be ready to rock and roll," Mike Tomlin said, which is great news. And Harris could be headed for a big role with Jaylen Warren (knee) banged up. Against the Chargers, Harris had 18 carries for 70 yards and five catches for 16 yards on five targets for a season-high 13.6 PPR points. He has yet to score a touchdown, but the Colts have allowed two running backs (Joe Mixon in Week 1 and Josh Jacobs in Week 2) to each score at least 15.1 PPR points. If Warren is out as expected then Harris should be considered a No. 2 running back in all leagues.

We'll see what happens with Kareem Hunt now that he's on the active roster, but it would be surprising if Steele didn't lead the Chiefs in carries again in Week 4. In Week 3 at Atlanta, in the first game without Isiah Pacheco (leg), Steele had 17 carries for 72 yards and one catch for 2 yards on two targets. The Chargers are banged up on both sides of the ball, so the Chiefs should be able to lean on Steele a lot in this matchup if things go as planned. And the Chargers have already allowed two running backs this season to score at least 13.6 PPR points.

We'll see if Joe Mixon (ankle) and Dameon Pierce (hamstring) are both out again in Week 4 (both missed practice Wednesday), and if that happens then Akers can be used as a flex in all leagues. He filled in for both in Week 3 at Minnesota and had nine carries for 21 yards and one catch for 8 yards and a touchdown on three targets, but the entire Houston offense was demolished in that game, leaving Akers little chance to be productive. That should change in Week 4 against the Jaguars, who have allowed three running backs to score at least 13.6 PPR points this season. Keep an eye on the injury report in Houston, and if Akers starts again he can be a useful Fantasy option in all leagues.
NYJ N.Y. Jets

Allen is doing a great job finding his spots for the Jets as the No. 2 running back behind Breece Hall. Allen has scored at least 9.8 PPR points in each of his last two games, with two touchdowns and five catches on seven targets over that span. I like him as a flex this week against the Broncos, who have allowed a pair of running backs to score at least 8.1 PPR points in every game this season against Seattle, Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay. Even while Hall has been dominant this season, Allen is still able to help Fantasy managers in a secondary role.

Is this the game where we're going to see Irving take over the backfield from Rachaad White? It feels like it's coming since Irving has run better than White this season. Through three games, Irving has 25 carries for 154 yards (6.4 yards per carry), while White has 31 carries for 66 yards (2.1 yards per carry). White has still been solid in the passing game with 12 catches for 98 yards on 13 targets compared to five catches for 28 yards on six targets for Irving, and maybe Tampa Bay just turns White into a third-down back. I'm willing to take the chance on Irving as a flex, and maybe Week 4 is when he becomes the new starter for the Buccaneers.
BAL Baltimore • #43

This should be a good game script for Hill if the Bills and Ravens turns into a track meet, especially if Baltimore is chasing points. The expected point total for this game is 46.5, and I like Hill's role in the passing game against Buffalo. The Bills are No. 4 in most receptions allowed to running backs, and they've allowed at least 5.7 PPR points to three running backs this season on just receiving totals alone. Hill is a good flex option in PPR this week.

Bucky Irving could be taking over the starting job soon for White, who is no better than a flex option in most leagues in Week 4. He scored 16.6 PPR points in Week 1 against Washington, but since then has combined for 11.8 PPR points in two games against Detroit and Denver. The quarterback change in Carolina worked wonders for Johnson in Week 3 at Las Vegas, and it should be a sign of things to come. Andy Dalton, replacing Bryce Young, helped Johnson play like an elite receiver against the Raiders with eight catches for 122 yards and a touchdown on 14 targets. Diggs is coming off a strong game in Minnesota in Week 3 with 10 catches for 94 yards on 12 targets, and he should benefit if Tank Dell (ribs) can't play this week. Diggs has scored at least 19.9 PPR points in two of three games this year, and he's showing plenty of signs of life with his new team. This week, he's facing a Jaguars defense that has allowed four receivers to score at least 12.3 PPR points, so Nico Collins and Diggs should be in line for a standout outing.

Flowers didn't have to do much in Week 3 at Dallas, with Derrick Henry doing the heavy lifting, and Flowers finished with three catches for 20 yards on four targets, which was his first game this season with single digits in targets. He had 10 targets for six catches and 37 yards in Week 1 at Kansas City and 11 targets for seven catches, 91 yards, and a touchdown in Week 2 against Las Vegas. This week, Flowers should be heavily targeted again, and I would trust him as a No. 2 receiver in a potential shootout with Buffalo.

Pickens has yet to score a touchdown this season, but it feels like a big game is on the horizon. And that could happen in Week 4 against the Colts. Indianapolis has allowed four touchdowns to opposing receivers already this year, and four guys have scored at least 15.2 PPR points against this secondary. Pickens has two games this season with at least five catches, and I expect Justin Fields to help Pickens have a breakout performance in Week 4.

Smith-Njigba has one game with more than 6.9 PPR points, which was Week 2 at New England when he scored 23.7 PPR points. This could be his second big game of the season at the Lions. Detroit has allowed five receivers to score at least 12.9 PPR points this season, and I expect the Seahawks to be throwing a lot in this matchup. DK Metcalf is a must-start receiver in all leagues, and Smith-Njigba is a low-end starter in all formats as well.

Shakir made his case to be Buffalo's No. 1 receiver this season after his performance in Week 3 against Jacksonville with six catches for 72 yards and a touchdown on six targets. He has now caught all 14 of his targets this season, and he has two outings with at least 13.2 PPR points. This week, the Bills could be in a shootout with the Ravens, and Baltimore has already allowed five receivers to score at least 13.2 PPR points in three games. Shakir should be considered a borderline No. 2 receiver in all leagues.
JAC Jacksonville • #13

Kirk ended his two-game slump in Week 3 at Buffalo with eight catches for 79 yards on 10 targets, and he did well against Houston last season. In two games against the Texans, Kirk had eight catches for 143 yards and a touchdown, and he scored at least 12.9 PPR points in each outing. Kirk should have the chance for another quality performance against Houston in Week 4, especially if Evan Engram (hamstring) remains out. The Texans have already allowed four receivers to score at least 12.4 PPR points this season.
ATL Atlanta • #1

Mooney had three catches for 88 yards and a touchdown on seven targets at Philadelphia in Week 2, and he followed that up with eight catches for 66 yards on eight targets against Kansas City in Week 3. He will continue to be a staple in Atlanta's offense, and Mooney should be considered a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in all leagues in Week 4 against the Saints. Three receivers in the past two games against New Orleans have scored at least 14.2 PPR points, which bodes well for Drake London and Mooney in this matchup.
CLE Cleveland • #3
Age: 25 • Experience: 5 yrs.
Jeudy took a backseat to Amari Cooper in Week 3 against the Giants and finished with just four catches for 27 yards on seven targets, but prior to that, he scored at least 11.5 PPR points in each of his first two games. I like him as a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in Week 4 against the Raiders, who have already allowed four receivers to score at least 13 PPR points this season.
ARI Arizona • #14

We'll see what happens with Trey McBride (concussion) this week, but if he's out, then Wilson and potentially Greg Dortch could be viable options against Washington. Wilson just had eight catches for 64 yards on nine targets in Week 3 against Detroit, and Washington is No. 1 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. Dortch hasn't done much since Week 1, when he had six catches for 47 yards on eight targets at Buffalo, but he could be an option in deeper PPR leagues if McBride is out.

In his first game without Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) this season in Week 3 at Seattle, Waddle had four catches for 26 yards on five targets. It will be tough to trust Waddle in all leagues without Tagovailoa, but hopefully whoever starts at quarterback for the Dolphins in Week 4 can help Waddle and Tyreek Hill show signs of life. I'm still going to trust Hill as a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues, but I'm sitting Waddle until he does something of significance with a backup quarterback.

Pittman has been terrible so far this season with 7.6 PPR points or less in three games in a row. He's not connecting on a high level with Anthony Richardson, and Pittman has four catches and 36 yards or less in each outing this season, with no touchdowns. It's hard to expect a turnaround to happen in Week 4 against Pittsburgh, and I would only consider Pittman as a flex option in PPR, even in three-receiver leagues.

We don't know if Justin Herbert (ankle) will play in Week 4 against the Chiefs, but even if he does he won't be at 100 percent. And the Chargers will be without both offensive tackles as Rashawn Slater (pectoral) and Joe Alt (knee) are expected to miss this game. Johnston has done well the past two games with at least 12.4 PPR points in each outing, but you can't trust him yet against the Chiefs with Herbert hurt. Johnston should only be considered a desperation play in most leagues in Week 4.

Sutton had a breakout game of sorts in Week 3 at Tampa Bay with seven catches for 68 yards on 11 targets, and his 13.8 PPR points were easily a season high. Prior to that, he scored 7.8 PPR points in Week 1 at Seattle and 3.6 PPR points in Week 2 against Pittsburgh. He should struggle again this week against the Jets, especially any time he lines up against Sauce Gardner. At best, Sutton is a No. 3 Fantasy receiver in the majority of leagues.

Here's what Denver cornerback Patrick Surtain has done so far against opposing No. 1 receivers. In Week 1, he held DK Metcalf to three catches for 29 yards on four targets. In Week 2, George Pickens had two catches for 29 yards on four targets. In Week 3, Surtain held Mike Evans to two catches for 17 yards on three targets. Now, it's Wilson's turn to face Surtain. I would only start Wilson in three-receiver leagues in Week 4.

Even with Keenan Allen (heel) likely returning in Week 4, I would still take the chance on Kmet as a low-end starter in all leagues. He had a breakout performance in Week 3 against the Colts with 10 catches for 97 yards and a touchdown on 11 targets, and it would be a surprise if he just disappeared from the offense in Week 4 against the Rams. The Rams have also allowed three tight ends to score at least 8.5 PPR points this season.

I thought Smith would help Skylar Thompson in Week 3 at Seattle as a short-area target, but he finished with two catches for 18 yards on three targets. We don't know who will start at quarterback for the Dolphins in Week 4 against the Titans, but Smith isn't worth trusting in the majority of leagues. Likely has been a bust for the past two weeks, and it's hard to trust him as a must-start option in Week 4 against Buffalo. After his huge outing in Week 1 at the Chiefs when he caught nine passes for 111 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets, Likely has combined for three catches for 30 yards on four targets in two games against the Raiders and Cowboys. Buffalo has allowed three tight ends to score at least 8.0 PPR points this season, but it seems like a squeaky wheel game is coming for Mark Andrews this week and no Likely. He should only be started in deeper formats in Week 4.

The Chargers might not have Justin Herbert (ankle), and the offensive line is a mess with tackles Rashawn Slater (pectoral) and Joe Alt (knee) expected to miss this game. That should allow the Chiefs DST to have a dominant performance in Week 4. Kansas City's defense has only generated one interception, two fumbles and six sacks in three games, but this should be the best outing of the year for the Chiefs DST.

We've been using the Seahawks DST for the first three games because of plus matchups against Denver, New England and Miami, and Seattle's defense has delivered with 11 sacks, three turnovers and allowing just 39 total points. But after games against Bo Nix, Jacoby Brissett and Skylar Thompson, the Seahawks now have to contend with Jared Goff on the road. The Seahawks DST is not a recommended starting option in Week 4.
