Pistons SF Danny Granger to remain in Arizona to rehab knee

Pistons forward Danny Granger (knee) isn't ready to participate in basketball activities during the Pistons' training camp, MLive.com's David Mayo reports. 

Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy said that Granger would continue to remain at his home in Phoenix, where he'll take part in rehab work on his own. Van Gundy didn't issue a timeline for the former All-Star's return to camp, but if Granger shows progress quickly in his rehab, he could join the Pistons at any point thereafter.
