Bullock (knee) will undergo surgery to address a left meniscus tear and is expected to remain out for 2-to-4 months, Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports reports.
Bullock suffered the injury a week ago against the Heat, and Detroit will now likely be without the reserve guard until around the All-Star break. In Bullock's absence, both Darrun Hilliard and Stanley Johnson figure to step into slightly larger roles off the bench. Bullock, who battled back spasms earlier in the season, appeared in only four games before suffering the injury.
